1. Overview

Battery Metrics Pro ("the Service") is a digital product that provides advanced battery analytics features for Garmin watches. These terms govern your purchase and use of unlock codes generated through this website.

By purchasing a license, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with the purchase.

2. Product Description

Battery Metrics Pro is a one-time purchase that unlocks advanced features on a single Garmin watch. Upon successful payment, a unique 6-digit unlock code is generated for the Watch ID you provide. This code permanently activates Pro features on that specific device.

  • Each code is tied to a specific Watch ID and cannot be transferred to a different device.
  • The unlock is permanent — there are no recurring charges or subscription fees.
  • Future Pro feature updates are included at no additional cost.

3. Pricing & Payment

The current price for a Battery Metrics Pro license is $2.99 USD per device (one-time payment). Payments are processed securely by Dodo Payments. We do not store or have access to your payment card details.

Prices may be updated at any time. Any price changes will not affect previously completed purchases.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once your unlock code has been generated, we are unable to issue a refund. Specifically:

  • Incorrect Watch ID: No refund will be issued if you enter the wrong Watch ID. A confirmation prompt is displayed before payment to help you verify your Watch ID. Please double-check before proceeding.
  • Duplicate purchases: If you purchase a code for a Watch ID that already has a valid code, no refund will be issued. You can check your existing codes on the Dashboard.
  • Device changes: If you replace your Garmin watch, a new purchase is required for the new device. Codes cannot be transferred.

If you experience a technical issue that prevents your code from working correctly (e.g., the code does not unlock features despite being entered correctly on the correct device), please contact us at mohdansah10@gmail.com. We will investigate and, at our discretion, may issue a replacement code or refund.

5. Code Recovery

If you lose your unlock code, you can retrieve it at any time by signing in to the Dashboard with the same Google account you used during purchase. All previously generated codes are stored and accessible.

6. Account & Authentication

We use Google Sign-In (via Firebase Authentication) to identify users. We collect and store only the following information:

  • Your Google email address
  • Your display name and profile photo (for the dashboard UI)
  • Your Firebase user ID

We do not access your Google contacts, files, or any other data. Your authentication data is used solely to associate purchases with your account and enable code recovery.

7. Privacy

We collect minimal data necessary to operate the Service:

  • Purchase data: Watch ID, order status, unlock code, and timestamps.
  • Authentication data: Email, name, and profile photo from Google Sign-In.
  • Payment data: Processed entirely by Dodo Payments. We never see or store your card details.

We do not sell, share, or distribute your personal data to third parties. Data is stored securely in Google Cloud (Firebase/Firestore).

8. Disclaimer

Battery Metrics Pro is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. While we strive to ensure the app functions correctly on all supported Garmin devices, we cannot guarantee compatibility with every device model or firmware version.

We are not affiliated with Garmin Ltd. or any of its subsidiaries. "Garmin" and related trademarks are the property of Garmin Ltd.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
